Christine’s passion and belief in her clients potential allows them to succeed beyond their own self-created limitations!
Christine is the co-owner and one of the Lead Trainers at RHF. It is obvious that she loves what she does. The role of fitness in the health and vitality of individuals has driven her passion to make it a full time way of life of her for over 15 years. During those years she has been dedicated to educating her clients on the realistic, simplistic and effective keys to living and maintaining lifelong health and vitality. Her goal is to witness each and every single one of her clients become “the master of their own body” by bringing awareness to the mental, physical and emotional components of training and transformation.
Time spent with her clients in the gym will not only have them challenging their body, it will have them acknowledging and defeating self-limiting belief systems, learning the importance of mind-body connection and proper movement patterns.
Christine recognizes that each individual has a completely different vision of what success and health looks like. For that reason, each training session is tailored specifically for them and their current state of mental and physical health, and is based on improving their strengths, correcting their imbalances and working toward their individual goals.
I have been working with Christine Sachse since 2012 on my fitness training. She is a remarkable trainer as well as an individual. I am not always easy to motivate! Sometimes because I have an inflammatory arthritis, I want to skip my sessions. I could easily hide behind the fact that I am a busy working mother of three children. I know however that I will disappoint Christine as much as myself, so I reluctantly go. I am always pleased after. I feel better and Christine deals with me in a kind, compassionate, yet professional manner. She pushes me to do things that I would never have done on my own, and for that I am grateful. My strength and mobility are much improved. I am ecstatic that she and Claire have opened up Roseland Health & Fitness. I recommend them both highly to my patients and friends.

After dealing with some cardiac surgery, I decided to try personal training for the first time. Claire and Christine are awesome!!! Anna is a no nonsense trainer whose inner strength will inspire you to push yourself toward your goals.
Anna is certified by the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association as well as being a Registered Kinesiologist. After receiving an undergraduate degree from Brock University in Kinesiology, she attended Mount Royal University to complete the Athletic Therapy program. Anna has helped many clients achieve their fitness and rehabilitation goals. By combining her unique experience as a Personal Trainer and athlete, with her extensive knowledge as an Athletic Therapist, she provides clients with a comprehensive approach to health and fitness. Anna is a great gal and a super trainer, athletic therapist, motivator, healer! Anna has many strengths. She is able to listen, assimilate one’s needs, develop a program that suits the individual’s mental, physical and even emotional needs. With Anna’s informed knowledge, thoughtful care and skilled direction you gain body strength, develop core muscles, gain balance, heal fractures and torn tendons and best of all leave your workout feeling upbeat and better each and every time. Anna’s program is always innovative and never dull. She makes use of equipment, provides routines that keep you challenged mentally and physically, and introduces new elements as you progress. Anna’s positive, amiable, kind, forthright demeanour makes her an excellent coach. Claudia will inspire you to find balance in your life while you reach your health and fitness goals one step at a time.
After completing an undergraduate degree in Applied Science from the University of Guelph, Claudia continued her studies to become a Certified AMI Montessori Teacher. During this time she found balance in her life through Nutrition, Fitness Classes and Personal Strength Training. This inspired her to continue her education at the Institute For Holistic Nutrition where she became a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Can Fit Pro where she became a Personal Training Specialist and at Chrysalis Yoga where she became a Registered Yoga Instructor.
Claudia has helped to empower her clients to find mobility, strength and alignment through creative yoga classes, personal training sessions and healthy meal planning.

I workout with Claudia both for yoga and body shred (sounds awful but it’s really wonderful and challenging). I find Claudia’s attention to what I need, her ability to inspire me and get the best out of a workout is great! I love her spirit and her commitment to exercise being fun!

As a life-long learner, continuing education is a crucial ongoing commitment for Michael in his desire to be of greatest service to the broadest spectrum of patients.
Michael’s journey to massage has been circuitous. He graduated from the Schulich School of Business at York University with an Honours degree in 2006 and went on to a successful 12-year career on Bay Street in Toronto in the Financial Services sector. After struggling with chronic pain and fatigue, Michael developed a passion for health and wellness. After improving his own quality of life through lifestyle change, Michael left his job in 2018 in the interest of helping others do the same. Michael took a 10-month parental leave to care for his first son, Jacob, before going back to school. He graduated at the top of his class en route to an Honours diploma in Massage Therapy from the Ontario College of Health & Technology in 2019. He is currently registered, in good standing, with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Michael believes that massage can be an integral component of any rehabilitation plan as well as help minimize chronic pain and increase body awareness for sustained well-being. His approach to treatment is multimodal and comprehensive, utilizing a combination of several therapeutic techniques and remedial exercises individually tailored for optimal patient outcomes. Michael’s versatile skill set allows him to effectively treat patients both clothed and with sheets. As a life-long learner, continuing education is a crucial ongoing commitment for Michael in his desire to be of greatest service to the broadest spectrum of patients. To date, Michael has experienced the most tangible success with individuals suffering from chronic tension headaches.
Michael is a family man and currently resides in Burlington with his wife and two sons. He enjoys his daily meditation practice, hockey and yoga. He is a steadfast supporter of the Toronto professional sports teams and is always happy to talk sports. Michael is also an accomplished runner, having completed eight marathons. He is a voracious consumer of books, audio-books and podcasts of varying topics revolving around health, wellness and performance. Michael is also passionate about, and inspired by, volunteerism. He has engaged in wide-ranging efforts from Meals on Wheels and managing individual and corporate fundraising campaigns to helping out at the local shelter and regularly donating blood.
