OnLine Personal Training and Coaching

Right off the bat we think it’s important for you to know that we are more than online coaches.  We operate a bricks and mortar studio full where we work with members of our community in person and online.  We are not selling you access to an app, we are a dedicated team of professionals that is dedicated to your success.

We also want you to know that our Personal Trainers and Coaches are the best.  All of them have years of education under their belt and we know we can help you with any fitness goal, irregardless of where you are starting from.

Lastly, we guarantee you won’t get a cookie cutter workout or nutrition plan from us.  We design every plan to meet your unique needs and goals.

So how does it work?

Step 1:  Start with your exploratory call.

We know that this is a big step for you and totally understand that you want to make sure we are the right fit.  And so, the first step in this process is to book your complimentary Exploratory video call with one of our coaches where we will find out what your goal is, your budget, your time allowance and more.   From there you will receive a custom plan and a path on how we can help you to transform YOUR body and get you LASTING RESULTS in a time frame that is specific, realistic AND achievable.

Step 2: Match you with your perfect coach, or team of coaches.

Based on your Exploratory call, we will match you with your head Accountability Coach.  This will be the person who coordinates your appointments, adjusts the program as your needs change and more.

Although you will have one head coach, you may be working with more than one member of our team, depending on your goal.  We have a team of experts ready to help you; including Personal Training Specialists, Yoga Instructors, Medical Exercise and Cancer Exercise Specialists, Brain Health Trainers, Weight Loss Coaches, Athletic Therapists and Kinesiologists.

Step 3: Get Started!

Your first session will be a full assessment and interview, where we can get to know you, your goals, your struggles, your obstacles, your desires and your life a little better. This helps us make a custom program for you, best suited to your unique needs.

Once your program is designed and your appointments are booked you can start when you want, where you want, with one of our expert coaches by your side the whole time. You’ll be guided step by step through every part of your program. You will have a full understanding of what you’re doing and why you’re doing it.

Step 4: Reach your goals with regular check-ins.

The road to fitness starts with that first action but we all need accountability to reach our potential and check-ins need to be frequent.  That is why you will have regularly scheduled appointments along with full access to your Head Accountability Coach whenever you need them!

Step 5: Reflect and Reassess

We all need to reflect back on the success we have had so we can acknowledge how far we have come.  Your Head Accountability Coach will always be reassessing your program as you move through it, but we will take time to fully reflect every 12 weeks to make sure your program is still meeting your needs or if it needs to change based on your evolving goals.

Semi Private Training

Semi-Private Personal Training program makes fitness fun and affordable. Semi-Private training differs from small group training in that the groups are limited to 2-4 individuals so that each client is provided with an individualized program (not one size fits all of group training) that you perform while being closely monitored by one of our expert fitness coaches.
